Continuing Education

Every so often I go for continuing education, which is not only required by any state for licensure, but mostly I go because training makes me a better practitioner.

Training since 2008 . . .

I have been training with several Japanese teachers from the ToyoHari Medical Association since 2000. Here to the right of me in this photo is Sensei Taniuchi, who I have trained with from 2000. He is one of our blind teachers and has been a practitioner for about 40 years. To the left is Sensei Tokunaga who has been a teacher for 13 years and has been practicing much longer than that. All of our ToyoHari Senseis (Teachers) are extremely sensitive to energy, and every time we train with them, our techniques improve. This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of training with Sensei Tokunaga. The first time was in Japan a few years ago.

This photograph is of Sensei Tokunaga showing us a special needling technique. It is wonderful to see how the needling is performed and how we can get the energetic changes we are looking for with out having to insert the needles.
